At Common Oven, we’re on a mission to make the best pizza we can. We do this the old fashioned way- by hand, with fire, and
no shortcuts.
Our dough is fermented over the course of three days and made with a blend of unbleached organic flours. Our sauce is simply good tomatoes crushed in a hand mill with oregano, fresh basil, and sea salt. We use fresh mozzarella hand made in house daily. We make our toppings from scratch, or source the best ones we can find. Then we cook the pies in the wood fired oven till they’re dark and crispy with a touch of char.
It might sound fancy, but it’s not. It’s just good pizza. We hope you enjoy.
