There has been so much demand over the past few years for us to serve up delicious BBQ at various Receptions, Private Parties, Corporate Events, and Community Functions, we decided it’s time to ‘step up our game’.

So, in Smokin’ Dave’s style, we invested in two (2) massive 48′-foot-long Kitchens On Wheels. Our branded trailers are equipped with everything we need to make your next event spectacular.
